Songbird Landscape Supply provides landscape materials, tools, supplies, and related services. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any product or service

  • Set purchase limits

  • Decline or cancel orders due to errors, stock limitations, or suspected misuse

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved business accounts.

3.1 Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or adjust the order to the correct amount.

3.2 Sales Tax

Applicable taxes will be added based on local and state regulations.

4. Orders, Pickup, and Delivery

4.1 Orders

Orders are considered accepted once payment is completed and confirmation is issued.

4.2 Pickup

Customers are responsible for securely transporting materials. Songbird Landscape Supply is not responsible for vehicle damage caused by improper loading or overloading.

4.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Factors such as weather, traffic, material availability, and equipment issues may affect timing.

Once delivered to the specified location, materials become the customer’s responsibility.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, branding, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Songbird Landscape Supply and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our materials (including soil, stone, mulch, aggregates, and natural products) may contain natural variations. We do not guarantee exact color, texture, or consistency.

Except as expressly stated:

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songbird Landscape Supply is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Vehicle damage during loading

  • Delays in service or delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Refunds and Returns

All refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to loading or dispatch.
Once materials are loaded or delivered, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
